Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States.
However, it is estimated that 40% of cancer cases could be avoided by changing our nutrition habits and lifestyles. Incorporating cancer fighting foods into your diet is an great way to prevent not only cancer, but all chronic diseases.
The American Institute for Cancer Research is an excellent resource for cancer prevention/information. Based on research in regards to food and health outcomes, they have created a list of βcancer fighting foodsβ. See below.
