Ever since I discovered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps at P.F. Chang’s, I have been wanting to make my own lettuce wraps at home. This recipe comes together so quickly. It is insanely easy to make and turns out so full of flavor. Be sure to let me know what you think if you make it at home!

Chicken Lettuce Wraps
These chicken lettuce wraps are SO full of flavor. Perfect for an appetizer or paired with rice for a balanced meal.
Ingredients
For The Sauce:
- 5 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
For The Chicken:
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup cashews chopped
- 16 leaves lettuce
- green onions chopped
- shredded carrots
Instructions
- Prepare sauce by mixing all ingredients into a small bowl
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink
- Add chopped cashews and cook ~3 minutes
- Add sauce to pan and cook for another 4 minutes- the sauce should thicken
- Remove from heat and spoon onto lettuce leaves
- Top with green onions and carrots

- other toppings that would go great include cilantro, avocado, shredded red cabbage, sesame seeds
